Well all the things your mentioned are mostly cosmetic. How is the
mechanical shape of the bike? We all know that 24K miles is nothing for
these bikes. I think if engine, transmission and suspension (including
forks) are fine, then it might be a good deal. How much do you need to make
it road ready, except the paint?
