I recently had and similar issue with one of the bolts that hold the headers
to the engine. I was scare of braking it. Per advice of this forum I used PB
Blaster. You can find it in any autoparts store. You put it in the bolt and
let sit for a while (I let it a whole night, but in your case it might be
less), and then tried again and it came lose. It really works great.
