It's doubtful you'll find a new one. That leaves Craigslist and Ebay as search sources. Electronic dumpster diving, basically. That's how we do it. Requires persistence, a lotta luck and the readiness to jump on the item instantly, should you come across it.
Then there are salvage yards if you're lucky enuf to have any in your neck of the woods.
