Definitely check, and if necessary, change your plugs. I would also do a compression test on each cylinder. It sounds like low compression on the two right side cylinders. They may be running, but not like they should. You can get a compression tester fairly cheap at Harbor Freight Tools. Low heat off of the headers is a classic symptom of low compression or, if your lucky, bad plugs. How has your fuel mileage been?
