i vaguely remember it having this problem when i first got the bike in march, but it seemed to work itself out. then i got a new seat and saddle bags for it a couple weeks ago and ever since then its been having this issue. i was thinking maybe the seat was creating some sort of vacum at speed that wasnt allowing enough air to get into the intake under the seat? i tried removing the saddle bags to no effect, but it'd be a little more difficult to ride without the seat.
