I did a "coast to coast" run once... left at dawn from the florida east coast, rode to the west coast of florida, had lunch, rode back... It was about 850 miles and i was whooped. But i was able to ride to work again the next day. I was on my 86 gl1200, my buddy that also did the ride was on an 88 shadow 600... And another that only met up with us in the middle of the state was on a cbr900...
