My bike didn't come with a single key. I just pulled my lock cylinder out and 
brought it to the Honda motorcycle dealership. The looked up the code stamped 
on the side and cut a new key in 5 minutes. It only cost a few bucks as well.

You should be able to find instruction on the fork seals by searching the forum 
as it comes up often on these old bikes.
