Could always look around in the classified ads for a bike with similar styling that you like that is a bit more common and offer a trade (with some cash if the other is in worse condition than yours).
One thing to consider, unless you make a very generic Cafe, it is going to be harder to sell if you decide to do so. Most 'custom projects' do not sell well unless they're generic 'custom' jobs. Add in the low availability of parts because of its one-year only status and a great many folks won't touch it. Same applies to customized cars, chopper bikes, jeeps, basically anything that is modified from stock. The more you modify to suit your own current tastes the more likely you're going to be stuck with it when you want to move on, which is the other reason I prefer reversible modifications.
