I had a similar experience, but my visor was up to get some more air. The bee
ended up inside the helmet by my temple and stung me so many times right in
front of my ear.

Subject: [Nighthawk Lovers] OUCH!!

*This past Saturday I scooted over to nearby Boise, Idaho on my motorcycle.
It was HOT and on the way home I was cruising along on the freeway with my
riding jacket on. I was quite warm, so I unzipped the ends of the jacket
sleeves so the wind would blow up my arms and help cool me a little.*

*
*Problem was, as I drove along, a bee went up my right arm and preceded to
sting me about 4 times on the wrist and forearm. OUCH!! That was an
interesting experience cruising down the road at 75 MPH. I still have some
pretty good welts on my arm.*
