I went to see this bike today in Lynchburg. It was complete, but the tank was pretty banged up, the paint was wasted totally, the engine ran, but there was a NASTY sound like the timing chain was rubbing against the case...and the jug/block gasket was pissing oil like the Exxon Valdez. (I did not dare take it for a ride.) The pictures make it look a LOT better than it really is. I would not count on the motor being any good, the guy who is selling it is a wrench and has obviously had it apart. To me, this is the worse kind of bike to buy. Anyway, if you need rims and forks, it would be worth it...but it is not a good fixer upper...unless you just bent the frame on your mint 4,589 mile bike and need another one.
