Pads, ten minutes tops. It's literally two bolts, quick shot of cleaner, and swap over the anti-rattle plates and you're done.
Shoes mean you have to take the rear wheel off. I can do this in about fifteen minutes, install in similar, so say an hour all told to do front and rear? Adjusting the rear brake will take a bit more time, but that's a personal setting I feel.
