I've actually seen some "Paul Jr. Designs" magnetic tank bags at the Mall-Mart that have what you're looking for - magnetic and see-through pouches. I doubt that i'd buy one myself since I prefer things without big logos written in neon lights, but they looked pretty neat. I think the price was between $20 and $40 depending on the size/model.
