I had a '91 or '92 750 a couple of months ago with the end caps
removed. That's why I initially bought the exhaust system. As it
turned out I sold the bike before I could pick up the pipes. I rode
it around and liked it. They weren't too loud I don't think, Graham

what are end caps Allen? I'm having the exhausts welded this week -
mainly because I want to save the extra set for my showroom
