Hey all, I've got an '82 750 Nighthawk, and I've been struggling with the idle adjustment for a bit. I had hurredly tried to adjust it just before I moved in the fall, and now that it's started to warm up here in Canada, I'm back at it.
The adjustment was _way_ worse than I expected and somehow I've backed the screw out to the point that it actually came out in my hand in one piece. Clearly I need to screw it back in, but without being able to see what I'm doing, I'm stuck. I'd like to avoid removing the carbs, but I'm not sure if this is possible. Any suggestions on if this may be possible and how? Also once I get the screw back in the hole, is there any guidance for adjusting this properly?
