I agree, I think we may have lost something there in the translation.
My bike requires about 2/3 choke to cold start, I will rev lightly as I first 
start, then i slowly move the choke down and usually in about 2 minutes I'm 
ready to go with no choke.
I'm guessing that's typical. 
If he has to hold the throttle to keep it running, he is either not deploying 
the choke properly, has carbs, or fuel flow issues, or who knows.
Frankly there's a lack of logical input to draw a logical conclusion from. In 
my opinion anyway.
Give us some more info and we will help you as best we can.

with the clutch - sounds like a carb problem to me
