That depends on what you want. If you want a sporty bike then you want a
sport touring bike the options are:

Honda: ST(touring oriented), and to a lesser extent the VFR (Sport
oriented), CBR1100XX Blackbird
I have a 2003 VFR800 VTEC and really love it, here is a comparrison of it
VS the concourse.

Yamaha: FZ1, FJR1300
Kawasaki: concourse
Suzuki: GSX Katana 1200, Bandit 1200S, Hyabusa
Triumph: ST
BMW: R1150RT, K1200GT

I'm sure this is not an exhaustive list, just the ones I know about. Also
other bikes would fit the bill with some modifications, and keep in
mind models have changed throughout the years. For example Javier has a
1990 CBR1000F, which way back when it was a supersport, but by todays
standards it would be classified as a sport touring bike with high
footpegs. Which BTW Javier's CBR would make a fine touring bike as it
really is comfortable, and it soaks up the miles especially on a highway.
