So, I'm considering getting a tank bag to use for my "light" commuting days. I have saddlebags for when I need to take the whole school kit, textbooks and all, or when I'm making my "laundry run" to work (Uniforms for a week...).
What I'm looking at maybe doing is getting a tank bag that can fit a small laptop (~12" screen), a small spiral-type notebook, calculator, and maybe a novel type book without much effort. I noticed that some tank bags are set up so they're "carry away" with shoulder straps or backpack harness; anyone have experience with those? Suggestions, comments, complaints go in the round file please (folder 86, please).
