Well, that's one of the reasons I went to the ST. The shaft drive is nice indeed. As I was thinking about it for a while, and I think I may have heard about them a long time ago when I had my 450 NH. But I had never seen one. On a long trip with the chain, the vibration would make my hands tingle. Don't get me wrong the NH is still a great bike. And I still have mine.
