Friends: On my 99 250 NH the only adjustment screw I find is under the carb. Bike runs great, idles fine and I'm not anxious to mess with success. But...plugs are very sooty, and idle, though good, sounds a tad as if the choke is on (it's not). Should I screw in for leaner, or out, or leave the harmony of the motorcycle universe in balance. Thanks.
