Bike looks awesome, and other than a small "issue" with the underside of the pipes, looks amazing!... This bike is in WAYYY nicer shape than most of the NH-S you'll see, and seems to easily be worth what they're asking (if the miles are low/ under 10K, it would be a GREAT price for that bike).
The mufflers are not scraped from being dropped (nor is the fairing), and the head pipes are still shiny black. Bike has its' original seat, mirrors, windshield, exhaust, turn signals (everything but tires) and all look mint, even the aluminum stuff is nice, with no obvious signs of oxidation!! The left handle bar controls are not FADED like many/ most of these bikes, and the paint is mint, with no signs of clear coat issues (all indicators of very low mile/well taken care of bike, and one that didn't sit and bake in the sun a lot!). Lastly, the bike is an '85, which is much less common than the '84, and also less "issues" than the '84's seem to have, and thus worth more money than an '84.... Moral of the story here (in my opinion), is there are very few of these in this condition, and the price is more than reasonable. You can readily find cheaper 700-S bikes, but they won't look anything like this one (trust me, I know)! ps. Too bad it's on the other side of the country from me; I've already shipped 1/2 a dozen from the west coast, and am hoping not to have to do it again (I keep saying that anyway).
