Either of the others will hold "on" as a running light (as the blinking is a function of the relay, not the terminal on the bulb), but one filament in the bulb is brighter than the other one. I can't remember which is which, soooo... I would be willing to bet, however, that RED is your turn signal and BLACK is your running light (brighter and dimmer filaments respectively)
