My impression of the 700S after riding Graham's was that it is a nicer bike in
general. However I didn't feel that it was more powerful, in fact it was down
on torque. And it seemed to me that the 6th gear was not an over drive like I
was hoping for, but instead made you just need to shift more. Handling ability
seemed the same. If I had a last gen NH750 I wouldn't consider a 700S an
upgrade. The performance is basically the same, maybe less especially if you
tend to cruise. Shaft drive is nice though and if you wanted a commuter that
would be a big bonus IMHO, as well as the sporty look.

Subject: [Nighthawk Lovers] 700s

Hey guys, i have to ask your opinion on 700s. I currently have 750 but
man, do i like the looks of 700s. It does have that more younger feel to
it, kind of like a sport bike and it a way it is. I guess my question is,
are they faster/stronger than 750? I mean the 750 is so comfortable and
stuff, how bout the 700s?

and is this a good deal?

http://syracuse.craigslist.org/mcy/2985678265.html

is mileage an issue?

thanks for your input
