Riding Refresher courses are good too! I went thru a class sponsored by the Goldwing group 20 years ago. They have new techniques and tips today. I friend recently went through a class and told me they told him to move from side to side on the bike at lights and going through intersections to get more visibility. I never heard of that one. A police officer on the ST group told me always keep your hand and foot the brakes and rest with your left foot at a light, so if you are rear ended, you are not pushed out into the intersection and T-boned as a friend of his was. I never heard of that either. So I may take another class to review.
