Squeak, or more of a whistle? The former is normally an intermittent sound; if it's constant I might suggest check for an leak in the intake after the throttles. A compression test can also tell you if you're getting blow-by, which might be creating your oil spray.
It could also be a sound totally unrelated to the engine, just a rubber part rubbing from the vibrations.
