Unless he confessed he was the rider it couldn't hold up in court. All he
would have to say was that he found the video on his bike camera and posted it.
He could have forgot to take his key out while parking it.

“This driver has shown that his wrongs should be superceding his rights,”
Foord said.

Dangerous words. So many would sacrifice others freedoms and rights for their
own perceived safety.

This is why I have a problem with laws such that allow charges to be placed on
owners of property like they are in this country with the speed cameras.
Objects do not commit crimes, people do. And the law of this land is that you
are innocent until proven guilty. This man's mother may have had no knowledge
that he had access to the motorcycle, possibly she took preventative measures
to inhibit access. Yet she is penalized for his crimes. The precedent created
by laws such as this could easily be applied in far worse ways. Say you lend a
neighbor a hammer and they use it to assault someone.

I actually had my car stolen because some kids found my spare key. They
took it for an all night joy ride, and dropped it off in my driveway before I
woke up (out of gas of course). So it is plausible, and all it takes to dismiss
criminal charges is plausible doubt.

Doesn't matter, it is question of whether it is right to assess penalties

When I worked in news I took pictures of a wreck in which the biker left a

restaurant parking lot at full throttle, and, several blocks later,

couldn't stop when a tractor trailer was pulling onto the highway. The

biker apparently tried to break and hit the trailer at an angle, shearing

his head and right shoulder. File both of these events under death wish.

I searched the forum for posts about saddlebags, and I know there really

isn't any consensus about which are the best. So I'll approach it this way:

What doesn't work? I've gotten comfortable on my NH750 (92), and I'm

considering adding throw-over saddlebags. Are there any out there that are

too big to clear the exhaust pipe (mine are standard)? Does anyone know

which Tour Master or Nelson Rigg models fit? What sizes?
