Kyle - I think we have the same noggin. I had an HJC and ended up using s dremmel tool in the forehead section is order to be able to wear it for more than about 30 minutes. I then replaced it with a Z1R - lots of room but loose in the cheeks. I recently purchased a Vega Attitude. It's the best fitting helmet I've tried. Logs of forehead room and even a little tight in the cheeks. Best part is it was $50 bucks at Motorcycle Superstore.
I replace my helmet every 20,000 miles of riding. Advice I got from a friend that used to work for Bell.
