I have both. The only difference is that the Modular one has less room in-side. I tried on several and noticed this with all of them. I guess because of the additional mechanics. My modular came with the ST I purchased. Good helmet and fit but nothing special. I just replaced my helmet with an other full face because I really don't ride with the face open on the modular on the Nighthawk - too much wind - and with the heat here in Hawaii I take my helmet off as quickly as I can once off the bike.
