I watched a youtube video of a guy using plain old vinyl for fixing a seat. It actually looked very good when he was done and he said that he got it at a craft store for $20. I don't necessarily recommend that unless you are really on a budget. If it were me, I would get a saddlemen. That said, I have my Fatboy seat out for re-padding because it feels like sitting on a park bench. But that's another story. Mike
