Well I was facing the other direction before this all happened. If you look at the very top of the picture, in front of the greyishbbrownish suv looking thing, you see a black line across the lane. I noticed as the tow truck was pulling away that they had the hoses across the lane to measure the traffic. That is about where I went down out. I don't remember if I was as far down as the hoses, but it all happened so fast.
