I swapped my front end out on my 84 NH-S. While I'm holding on to my stock
forks, I can vouch for Frank's Maintenance & Engineering. They did my
custom length 41mm stanchions so the forks came out the correct length.
The NH-S has some really long forks. You will not find another correct
length set if you swap forks; you need custom length stanchions. I used
VTR 1000 Superhawk fork lowers so I could incorporate a proper cartridge
suspension and better brakes.
