+1 Rotella. No need to bother your head with all sorts of tech, specs and witch's brew. It just gets the job done and it's cheap. Meets whatever spec you can name and comes by the gallon at Walmart. Change it regularly and you're good to go.
It's characterized as diesel oil only because millions of truckers have used it religiously over gazillions of miles. And it's certified by the Japanese engineers who built your bike.
