Hello, everyone!

Today I decided to try and clean my 1996 Nighthawk CB250's carburetor,
despite the fact that I have very little mechanical experience. I also
decided to do this completely blind and not look up instructions on the
internet beforehand, so I just started taking things apart.

Long story short, I took apart a lot of things I probably didn't need to,
and now the bike won't start. When I press the ignition button, it gives a
clicking noise from under the seat, and trying to push start the bike only
results in the rear wheel locking up and skidding, though the rear wheel
moves freely when in neutral or with the clutch pulled in. Any ideas as to
what I did wrong and if I can fix it?

Thanks!
