how about we talk about motorcycle night,ares weve seen or owned too? ill go first. when I was about 18, I answered an ad for a Norton chopper that was pretty cheap considering the equipment on it. it was a 750, bored out to 850, planed head, full rework inside the motor, had a joe hunt magneto on it, lake injectors. a pretty good paintjob and other than it having a sportster tank on the chopper frame [it held very little gas] was a great value for the money, so I bought it. when I got the title, I found out that it had been a Norton matchless in its original condition. omg, they cut a super rare and unique bike to pieces to make a chopper out of it. its still a little frightening to think about doing something like that to a bike that was so special and unique to begin with. plus, with the chopper frame, those lake injectors and the hunt magneto this bike kicked back frequently when you tried to kick it over cold and there was no way to move your foot out of the way when it happened. I still can feel the sore ankle I used to limp around on while I had it. :) exceptionally cool bike but imo it was a much cooler bike to begin with
