Easiest is to pay a company to title in an easy state. Cheapest is to file it as an abandoned vehicle, then get a salvage title. The rules for this vary between states, of course in the peoples republic of Maryland it is a painfull process as the police impound it and you have to buy it at auction. Sent via BlackBerry by AT&T
