Hi all,
I've been down with the flu for the better part of 3 days now -
coming out of it finally.
In the state of Maine, you do not need a title to register the
vehicle if it is past a certain number of years of age. I've been told,
although I haven't had it confirmed, that if the vehicle is 2001 or newer,
it doesn't matter how old it is, you'll still need a title.
Unfortunately I don't know what the rules are on transferring a
motorcycle out of state if you don't have a title.
