What year? If it is another 83-85 650 then you are in luck they have great parts availability. You will need to clean the carbs, change fluids, disassemble and clean the calipers and master cylinders, and clean all electrical connectors. Brake lines should be replaced as the factory says replace every 2 years. New tires would be required if they are more than 3 years old even if the look good as they will be hard and offer limited grip. Other items could be fork seals, regulator/rectifier, replace battery.
