Thanks, great idea - being more precise.  What I found is - there are two 
different part numbers, and the part number changed over from 1998-to-1999.

>From (1998) - 45126-MW3-671, To (1999-2002) - 45126-MW3C71; and part price 
went from $44.44 to $41.57 (so definitely a different part).

I'm not sure now, whether it will fit or not....instinct is that it SHOULD. 
 ???
