I agree with all here. It's pretty rough looking up close. Doubtful if $1,000 will bring it up to snuff (tires and paint at a minimum). From the look of it, it will require a lot of dismantling, reassembly and elbow grease, and Harley parts ain't cheap. Better to pursue a metric bike that has been stored inside for most of its life.
