Kyle,
Not to worry about time. Had my dash out and in the house in 10 minutes.
1. Loosen, but don't remove lower of two bolts on each side (aft) of front
fairing. (10mm)
2. Remove the clips and pins on lower forward fairing
3. Remove bolts in step 1. and gently remove fairing, unplug light and safety
cable(s).
4. Remove 3 nuts (10mm) that hold instrument panel and washers
5. Disconnect speedo cable
6. Disconnect two canon plugs and three wires
7. Immediately take cluster inside to air conditioned workspace!
8. Unscrew 4 screw that hold cluster into housing and two screws on either
side of speedo drive.
9. CAREFULLY remove while not snagging trip odo reset button and not pulling
wires to lower lights or unscrew lower light pack and remove together.
Voila!
Final note when reassembling the order is light pack, front lens and spacer,
then instrument cluster.
Bon chance!
