No bike with an inline 4 that small is going to make smooth power below
3000 rpm. While you may need to clean the carbs, but that isn't going to
somehow give you torque the bike cannot make by its design. Like I said
when you ride the bike keep your RPMs up in the 4000+ range and I'll bet it
rides fine.
