Yeah, sorry! I had to go to class and the wheels were turning in my head. I talked myself out of a good deal that would have been the easy route, but at effectively double the price of fixing mine up.
Sometimes I need to see comparison pics and words in print to make a valid decision with lots of variables involved. Never mind: 1990 bikes rule! I've got 2 of the best, and I know there are many more from that decade that are keepers too. You can always adapt them to whatever you want, within reason.
