BTW, those are some CLEAN looking carbs!! I was also able to carefully spin the remaining plastic threaded part with an exacto knife. Be careful, though. Or try tapping with a small flat tip screw driver. Oh, and what I learned, you can pull the plunger out after you remove the actuator and remove the plastic easier.
