That petcock should have screw on the faceplate. I have taken a Harbor Freight viton oring and sanded it down to replace a cracked one on the lever, it was meant to be a temp fix but now it's 2 years later and still holding. The diaphragms along with the selecteor disk and orings can be purchased new from K&L supply.
