Kurt, It is just Dupli-Color Metalcast Blue. It was actually purchased by mistake as we thought it was a metallic paint rather than a paint for metal.
Here is what the can looked like. http://contentinfo.autozone.com/znetcs/product-info/en/US/dup/MC201/image/3/ Since the paint is for metal, it is thin and transparent by nature, which was difficult to get even coverage over the primer, but we made due.
