Hi guys, Thank you for your suggestions (except Graham!). I was mostly wondering about brands and such. I have used JT for the sprockets in the past, by I was wondering if there is something super especial that people are using now. For the chain I think I will go with a DID or RK.
Allen, no I don't think we ever changed after that time in my house like 4 years ago! I was supposed to replace it upon arriving here, but I never did. The chain is so old that I decided no to touch the bike until she gets the attention she deserves. J.
