This is a nice perk of being a scientist. Salary sucks, but you get to travel for conferences and such. Support is decreasing lately so I actually don't travel as much as I should, but I can't complain. This will be my 3rd meeting in Madrid, and although I love the city, I would prefer to go some other city I haven't been.
I don't get reimbursed if I rent a motorcycle, though.
