I have settled on Shinko 230 up front, and Bridgestone BT-45 out back for everything but the sport bike. The shinko because up front they wear like iron, grip well, track nice, and are super cheap. The BT-45 is dual compound and I can get about 10K+ out of one compared to on average 6k with a single compound rear, I hate changing tires so the extra expense is worth it to me.
