Wow, you guys had Dave Grohl in your driveway! Seriously, that bike doesn't look too bad. Speedo cable isn't hard to replace but I'd take the front wheel off and check that the tabs are lined up before ordering one. Carb kits are cheap. Those fog lights are, interesting. I'm curious how it compares to the 750.
