Here is the CBR600RR Mirror and meter stay part they attach to below, so that's a no-go: it's the base substructure to the CBR600RR Upper cowling!

It is ultra tight on room under my scoop/upper cowling near my headlight (like any bike I guess.) That seems like the best logistical place the adjustable arms of the CBR600RR mirror could range for flexibility, but that integrated base of the Honda part is killer in room resources required and structure.
