What cycle salvage places have you tried? There are a lot of them. I just ordered a front fender from Mike's up in Huron, Ohio. Found him on Ebay. How about DL Cycle Salvage at 336-347-7335? Or there's that one in Tifton, GA or the one out in AZ, forget the name.
Me, I bought a 1996 that had all the options I wanted and sold my 1997. It had a few more miles on it, but I'm still riding it today.
